顿巴斯矿井建设施工组织设计研究所长期以来研制能减少井筒掘进劳动量和缩短装备时间的移动式设备。使用研究所研制的移动式配套掘进设备(提升机、掘进绞车、压风机站、通风装置),已使一个井筒的装备劳动量减少了0.8~1.0万人d。然而,掘进井架和工作面设备的安装是顺序进行的,劳动量大、时间长,所以装备时间仍旧不短。单独设计和制造每个井筒掘进装备金属结构影响了设计水平和建筑与安装工作的组织。
The Donbass mine construction organization and design institute has long developed mobile equipment that can reduce the amount of work carried out by wellbores and shorten the installation time. The use of mobile supporting driving equipment (hoist, driving winch, compressor station and ventilator) developed by the Institute has reduced the amount of equipment and labor required for a wellbore by 0.8-1.0 million d. However, the installation of digging derricks and working face equipment is carried out in sequence, with a large amount of labor and a long time, so the equipment time is still not short. The individual design and manufacture of metal structures for each borehole boring equipment affects the design level and organization of the construction and installation work.
