市场经济是竞争型经济,竞争是推动市场经济发展的动力机制,但是以赢利最大化为追求目标的一些经营者会利用自由竞争的原则反过来限制竞争、消除竞争。因此,在一个实行市场经济的国家维护竞争秩序是非常必要的,且通过法律手段来维护竞争秩序是不可或缺的。本文试通过阐释竞争法的地位论证其在市场经济发展中的重要性。
Market economy is a competitive economy. Competition is the driving force to promote the development of the market economy. However, some operators that maximize profits for the pursuit of goals will use the principle of free competition to restrict competition and eliminate competition in turn. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain a competitive order in a country practicing a market economy. It is indispensable to maintain the competitive order through legal means. This article tries to explain the importance of competition law in the development of market economy by explaining the status of competition law.
