许崇德的一生与宪法相伴,纪念他的最好方式是更好地维护宪法、推进宪政,将他坚持的理念发扬光大,让宪政之光照进现实。2014年3月3日晚上11时59分,一代法学大家许崇德因病在北京逝世,享年85岁。随即,中国政法大学教授焦洪昌发布微博称:“许崇德老师今晨走了,终于没有等到他参与制定的第一部《宪法》60年纪念日。”屈指算来,许崇德去世之日离我国第一部《宪法》60周年纪念日仅相差半年多的时间。这位26岁就参与新中国首部《宪法》起草工作、最终统稿我国现行《宪法》、负责《港澳特别行政区基本法》起草修订的宪法大家,将生命的痕迹永远留在了我国的宪法史上。

On March 3, 2014, at 11:59 p.m., a generation of law students Xu Chongde died of an illness in Beijing at the age of 85. Immediately afterwards, Professor Jiao Hongchang of China University of Political Science and Law published a weibo saying: “Xu Chongde left this morning and finally did not wait for the 60th anniversary of the first” constitution “he had been involved in.” The 60th anniversary of the first “Constitution” of our country is only a difference of more than six months. At the age of 26, the 26-year-old participated in the drafting of the first “constitution” of New China and finally drafted the current Constitution of our country and was responsible for drafting and revising the “Basic Law of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region” for all the constitutional people, forever leaving traces of life in the constitutional history of our country.
