目的:为了解蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)时血浆内皮素的变化规律,对一组Wistar大鼠SAH模型进行了实验。方法:经颅骨钻孔-注入自家血方法建立SAH动物模型,对不同时间内血浆内皮素进行了测定,测定经由放射免疫法完成。结果:TXB2在实验后12h~36h呈节段性升高,而ET上升改变发生较晚,在实验后36h~14d间均有上升,以3d为最显著。结论:ET增高是SAH发生后脑缺血和神经组织受损后释放的共同结果,ET的增高与延迟性血管痉挛有直接关联,减少ET产生和加速ET的降解对改善SAH的结局是有积极意义的。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin during subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), a series of SAH models in Wistar rats were studied. Methods: SAH animal model was established by drilling the skull - injecting blood from one’s own blood. Plasma endothelin was measured in different time. The determination was done by radioimmunoassay. Results: TXB2 increased in segments from 12h to 36h after the experiment, while the rise of ET increased later, and increased from 36h to 14d after the experiment. The most significant was 3d. Conclusions: Elevated ET is the common result of SAH after cerebral ischemia and nerve tissue damage. The increase of ET is directly related to delayed vasospasm. Reducing the production of ET and accelerating the degradation of ET are positive to improve the outcome of SAH of.
