1986年12月28日,新沂化工公司农药厂发生液态光气泄漏事故,造成环境污染,致744人光气吸入,其中45人被诊断为光气中毒。本所收治40名,经用综合措施进行治疗,获得良好效果,所有病员康复出院,无一亡。现将抢救治疗体会报告如下。
On December 28, 1986, a liquid phosgene leak occurred at the pesticide plant of Xinyi Chemical Company, resulting in environmental pollution, resulting in the inhalation of 744 phosgene.
