目的:观察黄油纱治疗糖尿病足皮肤生长期的疗效。方法:60名糖尿病足皮肤生长期患者,随机分为实验组、对照组各30例。对照组予基础治疗联合常规换药治疗,实验组予基础治疗联合分期淸筋术、黄油纱换药治疗。观察2组临床疗效及溃疡面积变化等。结果:总有效率实验组为96.67%,对照组为86.67%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。愈合时间实验组6～25天,对照组12～29天。治疗后2组患者的溃疡面积均减小,但实验组减小更显著,在治疗后2周、3周,2组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:黄油纱应用于糖尿病足皮肤生长期疗效肯定。
Objective: To observe the effect of butter yarn on diabetic foot skin growth. Methods: Sixty patients with diabetic foot skin growth were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each. The control group to the basic treatment combined with conventional dressing treatment, the experimental group to basic treatment combined staging tendon surgery, butter gauze dressing treatment. The clinical efficacy and ulcer area changes in 2 groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 96.67% in the experimental group and 86.67% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The healing time was 6-25 days in the experimental group and 12-29 days in the control group. After treatment, the ulcer area in both groups decreased, but the decrease in the experimental group was more significant. There was significant difference (P <0.01) between the two groups after 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 2 groups. Conclusion: The effect of butter yarn on diabetic foot skin growth is definite.
