通过对一个改型设计的双级跨音速轴流压气机实验结果的分析,发现该机未能达到原定指标,一方面是由于总体参数要求过高和结构形式及尺寸限制给气动设计造成的困难,另一个重要的原因是由于叶片造型上的失误,使流面上的叶片进、出口角都偏离了气动设计造成的。 由此可见,一个好的设计不仅须用尽量完善的三元流动方法作气动计算,还必须对流道内的结构、工艺、加工等作周密的考虑。特别应当指出的是:必须沿流面进行叶片造型,不能把叶片的积迭当作简单的几何问题而掉以轻心。
