通过晚期鼻窦癌侵及颅内的1例报告了颅面联合进路上领骨翻瓣前颅底手术的步骤、操作要点及注意事项,介绍了上领骨翻瓣术的适应证。上领骨翻瓣术可为前颅底手术提供良好的病变暴露和保留领面部功能,有效地减少了颅内眶内并发症。
One case of invasion of advanced sinuses and intracranial tumors reported the procedure, operation points and precautions of the cranio-ulnar anterior skull base operation on the craniofacial approach, and introduced the indications of the spondylolisthesis. On the collarbone flap surgery for anterior skull base surgery provides good lesions exposed and retain the collar function, effectively reducing intracranial orbital complications.
