哈尔濱医科大学眼科教研组从1949-1957年开展农村防治盲人工作,八年中在党和政府的領导与支持下,使这一工作从逐步摸索經驗到具有一定規模,并且逐步在全省广泛开展起来。八年中每年都派人下乡1——3次,至1957年2月已先后下乡12次,地区包括东北11个市次、68个县次。在此期間內共检診51,809人,发現盲人15,471人,手术7,026次,先后开办八次訓練班,为各市县培养了具有一定独立工作能力的眼科医生。至1957年夏季,在全省64个市县中,有40个县成立了眼科或五官科,其
From 1949 to 1957, the ophthalmology teaching and research group of Harbin Medical University carried out the work of preventing and treating blind people in rural areas. Under the leadership and support of the party and the government in eight years, this work was gradually expanded from the experience to the gradual development in a certain scale stand up.
