目的探讨鼻咽癌常规放射治疗的各种治疗方法和摆位方法。方法通过比较鼻咽癌各种治疗技术和摆位方法的优缺点,找到最优的治疗方法。结果 3D适形放疗具有高精度,靶区剂量分布更均匀,摆位误差更小的优点,结论采用3D适形放射治疗是最佳的治疗方法。
Objective To explore various methods of treatment and placement of conventional radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various therapeutic techniques and positioning methods for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, we found the best treatment. Results 3D conformal radiotherapy has the advantages of high precision, more uniform dose distribution in the target area and smaller setup error. Conclusion 3D conformal radiotherapy is the best treatment.
