肾动脉栓塞是手术治疗肾癌的一种良好的辅助方法,也是晚期病人的治疗手段。本文应用国产组织粘合剂—TH胶作为肾动脉栓塞材料,并介绍一种“三明治”栓塞方法。这种方法可使TH胶安全经皮经导管注入肾动脉而不堵塞导管本身。
Renal artery embolization is a good adjuvant for the surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma and is also a treatment for advanced patients. In this paper, the domestic tissue adhesive-TH glue as a renal artery embolization material, and introduces a “sandwich” embolization method. This approach allows safe TH percutaneous transdermal catheterization of the renal artery without clogging the catheter itself.
