1960年长春生物制品所生产了抗Ⅲ、Ⅶ型腺病毒马血清,经过改进生产工艺,制成效价高、纯度高之产品,早期大剂量突击使用,具有降温快、症状消失早、后遗症少的作用,初步达到提高治愈率、降低病死率的目的。但因副作用较多,故不够理想。我科自1977年以来,应用该血清(批号为:732～4,Ⅲ型滴度1∶448,Ⅶ型为1∶4480)治疗患儿90例,治愈及好转率为96.67％,死亡仅3例(3.33％),疗效尚崖。但应用血清后
