本文针对精馏塔的故障进行相关讨论,陈述了γ-射线技术进行扫描和流程模拟等的原理,分析了精馏塔在其故障诊断中该技术的应用,对其进行诊断的一般过程进行讨论。从实质上讲,γ-射线扫描技术就是对精馏塔设备进行透视检查,在γ-射线扫描中,探头检测到透射的强度,根据强度来得到数据而形成谱图,从而实现对精馏塔故障的诊断分析。
