纵观人类历史,人类社会的每一点进步和发展都离不开人类对自身潜能的开发,而在所有潜能中,最宝贵的当属创造的潜力。目前,随着知识经济时代的到来,如何培养和开发这种潜力,如何培养出更多、更好的具有创造力的人才,已经被世界上越来越多的国家所关注。然而,目前在我国,这方面的努力还远远不够,中国教育科学院副院长刘吉曾明确指出:“当前中国教育的严重问题之一,就是缺少对青少年创造力的开发。”从我国的中学科技教育实践来看,虽然已经取得了一定的成绩,但如何使中学科技教育在创新教育中发挥更重要的作用,如何加强对中学生科学创造力的培养,还没有引起足够的重视,这势必阻碍中学科技教育的进一步发展,也是中学科技教育工作者目前应着重解决的问题之一。
Throughout the history of mankind, every step of human society’s progress and development can not be separated from the development of mankind’s own potential, and among all potentials, the most precious is the potential to be created. At present, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy, how to cultivate and develop this potential and how to cultivate more and better creative talents have been paid more and more attention by more and more countries in the world. However, at present, in our country, efforts in this area are far from enough. Liu Ji, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Education, clearly pointed out: “One of the serious problems in current Chinese education is the lack of development of young people’s creativity.” In terms of the practice of science and technology education in secondary schools, although some achievements have been made, how to make science and technology education in secondary schools play a more important role in innovation education and how to strengthen the cultivation of science creativity in secondary schools has not given enough attention. Hinder the further development of science and technology education in secondary schools, but also one of the problems that should be addressed emphatically by science and technology education workers in secondary schools.
