目的探讨开胸食管切除术联合食管胃吻合术后的护理、感染预防方法及效果。方法选取我院2010年2月~2014年5月开胸行食道切除术加食道胃吻合术治疗的患者共80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组予以常规术后护理，观察组予以优质的术后护理和感染预防护理，对比两组临床效果。结果观察组术后未见感染和并发症，感染及并发症控制效果优于对照组，P<0.05。观察组术后护理非常满意24例、满意16例，总满意度100%，高于对照组，P<0.05。结论术后护理工作对围术期治疗水平和综合疗效起决定性作用，优质的术后护理和感染防控有助于巩固手术效果、减轻患者痛苦、有效防控感染及并发症、改善患者就医体验。“,”Objective To investigate the thoracic esophageal resection combined with esophagogastric anastomosis care,infection prevention methods and results.Methods The patients in our hospital in February 2010~May 2014 thoracic esophageal resection line plus esophagogastric anastomosis in the treatment of a total 80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 40 cases,control group received routine postoperative care,observation group to be infected with the quality of postoperative care and preventive care,compared to two groups of clinical ef ect.Results No postoperative infections and complications,infection control ef ects and complications than the control group, <0.05.Observation group 24 cases of post-operative care is very satisfied,satisfied 16 cases, total satisfaction 100%,higher than the control, <0.05.Conclusion Postoperative care for perioperative therapeutic levels and overal ef icacy plays a decisive role in the quality of postoperative care and infection prevention and control wil help to consolidate the results of operations and reduce patient pain,ef ective prevention and control of infections and complications,improve patient medical experience.
