目的了解中职生焦虑情绪障碍现状及其与家庭因素的相关性,为中职学校开展焦虑情绪干预提供理论依据。方法在江汉大学卫生职业技术学院随机抽取在校中职一、二年级学生共计962人,要求填写自编一般情况调查表和焦虑自评量表,使用SPSS16.0软件进行数据处理。结果在962名中职学生中,单亲家庭中学生的焦虑情绪检出率高于完整家庭中学生;父母文化程度高的中学生焦虑情绪检出率高于父母文化程度低的中学生;父母民主关爱型教养方式下的中学生焦虑情绪检出率低于父母惩罚否定型教养方式下的中学生;家庭关系紧张的中学生焦虑情绪检出率最高,关系融洽的最低。结论职业院校应重视家庭因素对学生心理健康的影响。
Objective To understand the status quo of anxiety disorders in secondary vocational students and their relationship with family factors, and to provide a theoretical basis for secondary school anxiety intervention. Methods A total of 962 middle school first and second year students were selected randomly from Jianghan University Health Vocational and Technical College. They are required to fill in the questionnaire of general situation and anxiety self - rating scale, and use SPSS16.0 software to process the data. Results Among 962 secondary vocational school students, the detection rate of anxiety among middle school students in single-parent family was higher than that of full-family middle school students. The detection rate of anxiety among middle school students with high education level was higher than that of middle school students with low education level. The detection rate of anxiety among middle school students under junior high school students is lower than that of middle school students under the negative parental punishment mode. The middle school students with high family relations have the highest detection rate of anxiety and the lowest level of harmonious relationship. Conclusion Vocational schools should pay attention to the impact of family factors on students’ mental health.
