中职学生往往在家长的督促下被迫去上中职学校,由于文化基础薄弱,这就造成他们缺乏自信,从而厌学;另一方面他们喜欢实际操作,喜欢动手,对于实践课、实验课以及其他需要实际操作的课程,往往兴趣较浓厚。笔者根据中职学生的特点,做了一些尝试:一是从培养学生的自信心,激起学生学习该专业的欲望;二是利用学生动手能力强的特点,进一步增强学生学习该专业的兴趣;三是利用丰富的实践活动,体验该专业知识的力量,来增强中职学生对管理专业的学习兴趣。
