目的 探讨新的方法检测AFP异质体(AFP-L3)和γ-GTⅡ对原发性肝癌(PHC)的诊断价值。方法 用抗体亲和印迹法检测AFP-L3,并结合γ-GTⅡ定性、定量检测了115例各种肝病及消化道肿瘤患者血清。结果 γ-GTⅡ定量检测的敏感性和特异性最高,其次为γ-GTⅡ定性及AFP-L3,联合检测可以提高PHC,尤其是小肝癌及低浓度AFP肝癌的检出率。结论 AFP-L3、γ-GTⅡ是诊断PHC敏感性和特异性较高的指标,对小肝癌及低浓度AFP肝癌具有重要意义,联合检测可以提高PHC的检出率,可以弥补AFP的不足,有助于PHC的早期诊断。
Objective To explore a new method for the detection of AFP-L3 and γ-GTII in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer (PHC). Methods AFP-L3 was detected by antibody affinity blotting and qualitative and quantitative detection of serum from 115 patients with various liver and digestive tract tumors was performed in combination with γ-GTII. Results The γ-GTII quantitative assay had the highest sensitivity and specificity, followed by γ-GTII characterization and AFP-L3. Combined detection could increase the detection rate of PHC, especially small hepatocellular carcinoma and low concentration AFP hepatic carcinoma. Conclusions AFP-L3 and γ-GTII are important indicators for diagnosing the sensitivity and specificity of PHC, and have important significance for small hepatocellular carcinoma and low-concentration AFP hepatic carcinoma. Combined detection can increase the detection rate of PHC and can compensate for the deficiency of AFP. Helps early diagnosis of PHC.
