【新華社北京二十三日電】政務院周恩來總理、最高人民法院沈鈞儒院長於二十三日會銜發佈關於鎮壓反革命活動的指示。此指示業經中央人民政府主席批准。其全文如下: 政務院最高人民法院關於鎮壓反革命活動的指示中國人民解放戰爭已在大陸上基本結束,各級地方人民政府已先後成立。但在某些地區特別是有些新解放地區,國民黨反動淚殘餘在帝國主義指使之下,仍在採取武裝暴亂和潜伏暗害等活動方式,組織特務土匪,勾結地主惡霸,或煽動一部分落後分子,不斷地從事反對人民政府及各種反革命活動,以破壞社會治安,危害人民與國家利益。因此,積極領導人民堅决地肅清一切公開的與暗藏的反革命分子,迅速地建立與鞏固革命秩序,以保障人民民主權利並順利地進行生產建設及各項必要的社會改革,成為各級人民政府當前重要任務之一。
