因高校扩招,学生规模不断壮大加上高校专业开设情况与社会需要不相吻合等诸多原因,导致现今社会大学生就业形势日益严峻。“毕业意味着失业”等标语不断出现在我们的视线里。这些问题的出现昭示着我们必须要转变观念,深化改革。传统的大学生思想政治教育管理模式已经不能够适应新形势的发展需要。作为高校来说,必须尽快转变观念,从传统的学生工作思维方式中解放出来,坚持“以学生为本”的理念,响应党的政策号召,在工作实践中探索新的工作机制,进行全面的体制创新。
