依据基础教育新课程改革的要求,为满足音乐课程改革需要,做好特定对象的培训工作,解决农村中小学音乐教学的迫切需要,由甘肃省教育厅师范处、甘肃教育社主办,《小演奏家》杂志社、兰州—中承办的2013年甘肃省农村中小学音乐教师公益培训活动于7月22日至26日在兰州举办。甘肃省教育厅师范处副处长路平、甘肃教育社党委书记武全中、兰州—中党总支书记杨文章、《小演奏家》副主编王静出席开班仪式。本次培训以培养教师专业技能。解决音乐课堂教学急需(专业音乐教师偏少、器乐类型较少等问题)为主要目标,
