2009年5月,世界经济论坛关于“走向低碳的旅行与旅游业”的报告第一次提出了“低碳旅游”的概念;2010年国务院推出《国务院关于加快发展旅游业的意见》,这表明政府为配合低碳经济发展而对旅游业进行调整释放了一个积极的信号。九寨沟作为全国重点风景名胜区、国家5A级旅游景区和世界遗产名录之一,低碳旅游与低碳经济的发展将对九寨沟旅游业有着重要的影响。本文以九寨沟为例,分析低碳旅游所带来的经济效益与存在问题,并提出了相应对策。
In May 2009, the report of the World Economic Forum on “Towards a Low-carbon Travel and Tourism” put forward the concept of “low-carbon tourism” for the first time. In 2010, the State Council launched the “State Council’s Report on Accelerating the Development of Tourism Opinions, ”which shows that the government released a positive signal to adjust the tourism industry in line with the development of a low-carbon economy. Jiuzhaigou as a national key scenic spots, the national 5A-class tourist attractions and one of the World Heritage List, low-carbon tourism and low-carbon economy development will Jiuzhaigou tourism has an important impact. Taking Jiuzhaigou as an example, this paper analyzes the economic benefits and problems caused by low carbon tourism and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
