培养学生的创新能力是素质教育的着眼点,如何培养学生创新能力是每位教师面临的重要课题,下面结合近几年的教学实践,谈谈我在教学中培养学生创新能力的做法和体会。一、改变教学观念,尊重学生个性发展心理学研究发现:一个具有创造性的人,一般具有独立性、自信心、自制力和恒心,而且热情、勤勉、判断能力强,好奇、好胜,具有强烈的鲜明个性。而当前成功的教育需要的不是压制,而是理解、尊重、支持,并注意学生的个性发展。我在教学中采取的措施是:树立真诚为学生服务的意识,多征求学生的意见,爱护和培养学生的好奇心,标新立异的思维方式。鼓励学生与众不同的分析、解决问题,即使是错误的想法,也给他一个说明理由的机会,找出闪光点。这样,学生在不断纠正自己错误的过程中,发展和提高自己的思维能力。

In this way, students develop and improve their thinking skills while constantly correcting their own mistakes.
