目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定夏枯草口服液中迷迭香酸的含量。方法:采用Phenomene C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-1%甲酸(40∶60)为流动相,流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长330nm,柱温:25℃,进样量为10μL。结果:迷迭香酸在18~450μg·mL-1浓度范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.2%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:本法准确、简便,可用于测定夏枯草口服液中迷迭香酸的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Prunella vulgaris oral liquid. Methods: Phenomene C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), methanol-1% formic acid (40∶60) as mobile phase, flow rate: 1.0mL·min-1, detection wavelength 330nm, column temperature: 25°C, injection The amount is 10 μL. RESULTS: There was a linear relationship between the concentration of rosmarinic acid in the range of 18-450 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9999); the average recovery was 97.2%, and RSD was 1.3% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is accurate and simple and can be used to determine the content of rosmarinic acid in Prunella vulgaris oral solution.
