继续教育体系下,专业教学团队的建设对提高教学质量、培养应用型创新人才具有举足轻重的作用。本文结合北京服装学院继续教育学院的教学理念,从教学改革、师资培养、科研创新等方面,以服装设计教学团队的建设为例展开分析。
Under the system of continuing education, the construction of professional teaching team plays an important role in improving teaching quality and cultivating applied innovative talents. Based on the teaching philosophy of Beijing Institute of Continuing Education, this article analyzes the teaching reform, teacher training, scientific research innovation and the construction of costume design teaching team.
