在经济发展步入新常态的新形势下,辽宁老工业基地的经济发展还存在诸多问题,“一带一路”战略给辽宁老工业基地带来了新的经济发展机遇。文章从稳增长与调结构的视角出发,阐述了辽宁主动融入到“一带一路”战略,稳增长与调结构的重要意义,指出辽宁省经济在转型过程中面临的诸多不足与挑战,就如何发挥辽宁老工业基地应有的作用,提出了促进经济平稳运行的对策建议。
Under the new situation of economic development entering a new normal, there are still many problems in the economic development of the old industrial bases in Liaoning. The “Belt and Road” strategy has brought new opportunities for economic development in the old industrial bases in Liaoning. From the perspective of steady growth and structural adjustment, the article elaborates on the significance of Liaoning’s active integration into the “Belt and Road” strategy and its steady growth and structural readjustment. It points out the many shortcomings and challenges that the economy in Liaoning Province faces during its transformation. How to play its due role in Liaoning’s old industrial base and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote stable operation of economy.
