性味理论是中医药理论的核心之一,五味辨证是中医遣方施药的重要依据。在中药五味的研究中,一方面要注意严谨规范,使中药五味在客观化、规范化方面取得进展;另一方面要加强学科交叉,结合现代多学科的研究,更深入地探索其内涵,揭示其实质。为此要加强宏观研究与微观研究相结合,临床分析与理论探讨相结合,传统方法与现代方法相结合,以期进入新的领域,在理论上有所突破。本文结合中药五味定性、定量研究的必要性和现代味觉电生理学技术的特点及其在中药五味定性、定量研究中的可能作用进行综述。1中药五味定性和定量研究的意义
The theory of sexual taste is one of the core theories of traditional Chinese medicine. Syndrome differentiation is an important basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicines. In the study of the five tastes of traditional Chinese medicine, on the one hand, we must pay attention to strict standards and make progress in the objectification and standardization of the five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine; on the other hand, we must strengthen the interdisciplinarity of disciplines, combine modern multidisciplinary research, explore its connotations in more depth, and reveal substance. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen the combination of macro and micro research, clinical analysis and theoretical discussion, and the combination of traditional methods and modern methods in order to enter new fields and make breakthroughs in theory. This article summarizes the qualitative and quantitative research of Chinese medicine, the necessity of quantitative research and the characteristics of modern taste electrophysiology technology and its possible role in the qualitative and quantitative research of Chinese herbal medicine. 1 Significance of Qualitative and Quantitative Study of Chinese Herbs
