为了进一步做好1990年《湖南水产》的发行工作,我们将采取如下措施: 一、广泛开展宣传发动。提高思想认识,切实抓好《湖南水产》的发行工作。《湖南水产》是一份综合性强,实用、通俗易懂的刊物,是我省水产战线唯一的科普刊物,它是广大水产技术干部和所有养鱼者的良师益友。认真做好和扩大《湖南水产》的发行,是我们水产主管部门责无旁贷的任务。因此,我们把这项工作列入了工作的议事日程,大力宣传发动,把思想工作做到场,做到户,争取1990年《湖南水产》的发行量登上新台阶。二、领导重视亲自抓,把《湖南水产》作为普及科学技术的重要工具。局里十月份召开一次全县水产会议,会前,为扩大《湖南水产》发行量,局里专门发了文,对各专业渔场下达建议数;会上领导反复讲发行《湖南水产》的重要意义
In order to further improve the distribution of “Hunan Aquatic Products” in 1990, we will take the following measures: First, conduct extensive publicity campaigns. We should enhance our understanding of our thinking and earnestly do a good job in the distribution of “Hunan Aquatic Products”. “Hunan Aquatic” is a comprehensive, practical and easy-to-read publication. It is the only popular publication in our province’s aquatic fronts. It is a mentor for all aquatic technical cadres and all fish farmers. To conscientiously do a good job of and to expand the issue of “Hunan Aquatic Products” is the unshirkable task of our aquatic product administration department. Therefore, we have included this work in the agenda of the work, vigorously promoted the mobilization, did the ideological work in the field and achieved the goal of getting the circulation of “Hunan Fisheries” in 1990 to a new level. Second, the leadership attaches importance to personally grasp the “Hunan Fisheries” as an important tool for popularizing science and technology. In October, the bureau convened an aquatic product conference in the county. Before the meeting, in order to expand the circulation of “Hunan Aquatic Products”, the bureau issued a special paper on the number of suggestions made by specialized fisheries.
