目的 :探讨 nm2 3表达与胆囊肿瘤良恶性、分化程度、浸润能力、淋巴结转移、预后及细胞增殖活性的关系。方法 :5 6例原发性胆囊癌石蜡包埋标本 ,免疫组化 S- P法检测。结果 :nm2 3在原发性胆囊癌表达的阳性率 ,无论是高、中、低分化均显著高于胆囊良性病变 (P <0 .0 1) ;与分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移亦有明显关系。生存期分析表明 :nm 2 3表达阳性者生存期长 (P <0 .0 5 )。 nm 2 3表达阴性组 PCNA明显高于阳性组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :nm 2 3是反映原发性胆囊癌生物学特性良好的标志物 ,与 PCNA互补可做为判断胆囊良恶性、恶性程度、淋巴结转移及预后的客观指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of nm23 and gallbladder neoplasms, differentiation, invasion, lymph node metastasis, prognosis and cell proliferative activity. Methods: Fifty-six paraffin-embedded specimens of primary gallbladder carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: The positive rate of nm23 in primary gallbladder carcinoma was significantly higher than that in benign gallbladder (P <0.01), but not with the degree of differentiation, degree of infiltration, lymph node metastasis Obvious relationship. Survival analysis showed that the survival of patients with positive expression of nm23 was longer (P <0.05). The expression of PCNA in nm23-negative group was significantly higher than that in the positive group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: nm 2 3 is a good biomarker of primary gallbladder carcinoma. Complementarity with PCNA can be used as an objective indicator to judge gallbladder benign and malignant degree, lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
