Bryansk Machine Works has been awarded the certificate of mass production of 2ТЭ 25К mainline freight diesel locomotive. According to the certificate, the plant will manufacture 20 2ТЭ 25К diesel locomotives and plans to manufacture 16 in 2008 and hand it over to the Russian Railways. 2ТЭ25К diesel locomotive is the second trunk line freight diesel locomotive to be put into mass production in Russia. Russia’s first mass production of trunk cargo
