历经3年论证与修改,历经期待与呼唤,新版《对外贸易法》立法终于尘埃落定,2004年4月6日,十届全国人大常委会第八次会议审议通过新版《对外贸易法》,并将于2004年7月1日正式实施。从1994到2004,《对外贸易法》十年过渡,旧版成新版。十年间,风云变幻,新形势新情况不断出现,一切尽在变化之中,不能适应变化者,必须替旧更新,《对外贸易法》亦是如此。
After three years of argumentation and revision, after the expectation and call, the new version of the “Foreign Trade Law” legislation has finally settled. On April 6, 2004, the Eighth National People’s Congress Standing Committee examined and approved the new version of the “Foreign Trade Law” And will be July 1, 2004 formally implemented.
