十八大以来,法治不再是一句空口号,它已经上升到一个重要的高度,这充分地体现了“法治”对高举人民民主的伟大旗帜,走具有中国特色社会主义政治发展道路,全面建成小康社会具有重要意义。探讨依法治国,不得不提邓小平法治理论对其作出的重要贡献,而邓小平法治理论在许多方面也是对中国传统法治思想精华的继承、发展和超越。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the rule of law is no longer an empty slogan. It has risen to an important height. This fully demonstrates the great banner of “rule of law” for holding high the people’s democracy and the political development with socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is of great significance to build an overall well-to-do society. To discuss governing the country according to law, we must mention the important contributions made by Deng Xiaoping’s theory of the rule of law. In many ways, Deng Xiaoping’s theory of the rule of law also inherits, develops and surpasses the essence of the traditional Chinese rule of law.
