本文分析了非公有制企业劳动关系发展中存在的问题及产生这些问题的原因,并从非公有制企业劳资关系的主体、客体和政府三方面入手,提出构建和谐劳动关系的对策和建议,即提高普通劳动者的法律观念和维权意识;强化政府在协调私营企业劳资关系中的责任;培育劳资双方集体谈判组织。
This article analyzes the existing problems in the labor relations of non-public-owned enterprises and the reasons for these problems. Based on the analysis of the main body, the object and the government of the non-public-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for building harmonious labor relations, Workers’ legal concepts and awareness of rights protection; strengthening the government’s responsibility in coordinating the labor-management relations in private-owned enterprises; and fostering the collective bargaining organizations of both employers and employees.
