肺癌的腔内放疗予肿瘤局部以高剂量的照射 ,对肿瘤的杀灭效应强 ,而邻近正常组织受照射量较小 ,能得到较好的保护。腔内放疗在打通气道、改善症状等姑息治疗方面具有显著的效果。缺点是治疗的范围有限 (直径在 2 cm以内 ) ,且剂量随距离的增加而迅速减少 ,对体积稍大的肿瘤 (直径大于 4 cm) ,无法给予整个肿瘤均匀足量的照射。因此 ,腔内放疗一般须与外照射配合 ,才能发挥更大的优势
