在描述柔性管理及其特点的基础上,找出现阶段我国公共部门人力资源管理中出现的问题,提出了几点改善公共部门人力资源管理的意见,希望对改善目前存在的问题有所帮助。
On the basis of describing the flexible management and its characteristics, this paper finds out the problems in the current human resources management in the public sector in our country and puts forward some suggestions to improve the human resources management in the public sector. It is hoped that it will be helpful to improve the current problems.
