本次测评的广西自治区14地市,治理能力得分排名与人均GDP水平排名之间可能存在一定的负向联系;地市财政能力得分排名与人均GDP水平排名之间显著地正相关。进一步比较分析表明,14地市农村居民人均纯收入、城镇居民人均可支配收入和各地市社会消费品零售总额排名与基层自治能力得分排名显著地负相关。
The 14 prefectures and cities of Guangxi Autonomous Region evaluated in this assessment may have a certain negative relationship between their rankings of governance ability and rank of per capita GDP. There is a significant positive correlation between the rank of financial capability of prefectures and cities and the rank of per capita GDP. Further comparative analysis shows that the per capita net income of rural residents in 14 prefectures and cities, the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the total retail sales of social consumer goods in each city are significantly and negatively correlated with rank scores of grassroots autonomous ability.
