围产期心肌病一般发生于妊娠最后1个月至产后5个月以内国内,病例报道较少,现将我们所见一例报告如下:孟××,女,26岁,农民,于1981年1月25日下午以心慌、呼吸困难、不能平卧两天急诊入院.两天前(1月23日)因与人生气后发生上述症状,次日下午自用偏方“红糖烧酒”医治,约饮200毫升,反而症状加重,出现咳嗽,咳粉红色泡沫痰.至25日下午不见好转,故来院就诊,患者于25天前足月顺产一女婴,孕一产一.妊娠期间无妊娠高血压综合征病史.产后的第5天和第13天分别发生两次感冒.平素体健,无风心、先心、高血压、冠心病等病史.
