本文是根据法国《科技了望台》公布的“科学与技术1992年指南”和研究与技术部1991年7月公布的“公共科研三年(1986—1988)统计报告”编写而成的。《科技了望台》是由法国研究技术部倡导、由国家科研中心等九个大型科研机构组成的共同利益集团,它使用“经济发展与合作组织”的统计方法,对法国科研状况作了全面调查,获得的最新数据准确可靠,具有较大的权威性。文章从科研队伍、经费来源和研究与发展工作的执行情况等方面对法国科研力量状况作一介绍,供读者参考。
This article is based on the 1992 Guide to Science and Technology published by the French Science and Technology Observatory and the Statistical Report on Public Research for Three Years (1986-1988) published by the Ministry of Research and Technology in July 1991. The “Technology Observatory” is a common interest group advocated by the French Research and Technology Department and composed of nine large-scale scientific research institutes such as the National Research Center. It uses the statistical method of “Economic Development and Cooperation Organization” to comprehensively study the situation of scientific research in France. Investigation, access to the latest data is accurate and reliable, with greater authority. Article from the research team, sources of funding and research and development work on the implementation of the status of French research force made an introduction for readers reference.
