我分厂主要生产冶金设备的备品和备件,产品规格繁多、批量小,一般铸件结构均较复杂。由于机械化程度低,铸件的清理工作,长期以来全部是手工操作,生产效率低、劳动强度大、粉尘浓度高。在学习关于无产阶级专政理论的热潮中,铸铁车间革命职工,在学习兄弟单位经验的基础上,用五个月时间,建成了一套适合本厂生产特点的水力清砂和旧砂再生装置,基本上解决了铸铁件和部分铸钢件的清砂问题。
