目的:观察养肝解酒方对CCl4致大鼠慢性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为模型组、东宝甘泰阳性对照组及养肝解酒方低、中、高剂量组,另设正常对照组,每组12只。通过皮下连续注射20%CCl4制备慢性肝损伤大鼠模型,同时给药8 w,观察药物的保护作用。结果:与模型组比较,养肝解酒方各剂量能不同程度降低模型大鼠血清AST、ALT、胶原蛋白含量,升高血清中总蛋白和白蛋白含量,降低血清及肝组织中MDA含量,升高血清及肝组织中SOD活性;减轻肝脏的继发性病理损害及肝纤维化程度。结论:养肝解酒方对CCl4致慢性化学性肝损伤有较好的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effects of nourishing liver and resolving alcohol on chronic chemical liver injury induced by CCl4 in rats. Methods: The SD rats were randomly divided into model group, Dongbao Gantai positive control group and Ganganjiu decoction low, medium and high dose group, another normal control group, 12 rats in each group. The rat model of chronic liver injury was prepared by subcutaneous injection of 20% CCl4 continuously for 8 weeks. The protective effect of the drug was observed. Results: Compared with the model group, the different doses of nourishing liver and anti-alcohol can reduce serum AST, ALT, collagen content, raise the content of total protein and albumin in serum, decrease the content of MDA in serum and liver tissue, Increase serum and liver SOD activity; reduce secondary liver pathological damage and liver fibrosis. Conclusion: Yanggan hanguifang prescription has a good protective effect on CCl4-induced chronic chemical liver injury.
