2004年是我市实施“三步走”战略第二步目标的起始年,是实现“十五”计划的关键一年。在市委、市政府的领导下,在有关部门的大力支持下,我市渔业工作按照“整体推进,协调发展,追求高水平,实现新跨越”的总要求,把工作着力点放在提高渔民收入和水产品质量上,加速渔业结构调整,提高科技创新能力,加强水产品质量安全管理,加强行政执法管理,较好地完成了今年的各项工作、任务。
