由国家卫生部卫生经济研究所(CHEI)与英国国家发展研究院(IDS)共同举办的“中国卫生发展论坛—中国农村卫生改革与发展国际研讨会”于2000年11月7日～9日在北京召开。卫生部卫生经济研究所蔡仁华所长主持开幕式,卫生部王陇德副部长与会并致辞。英国国家发展研究所所长KeithBezanson、联合国开发计划署代表、联合国儿童基金会的代表对本次研讨会的召开表示祝贺。
The “China Health Development Forum - China Rural Health Reform and Development International Symposium” organized by the National Institute of Health Economics (CHEI) and the British National Development Institute (IDS) was held on November 7-9, 2000. Beijing held. The director of the Institute of Health Economics of the Ministry of Health, Cai Renhua, presided over the opening ceremony. The Deputy Minister of Health Wang Qide attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Keith Bezanson, Director of the National Development Institute of the United Kingdom, representatives of the United Nations Development Program and UNICEF representatives congratulated the convening of the seminar.
