在土地革命时期,因为社会的形式以及需要,大量的干部需要去革命根据地开展工作,这就要求干部队伍的理论和政治水平需要不断的提高,革命前线也需要大量的军事人才做战略方针的制定,所以在大环境的驱使下,中国大部分地区都在开展干部教育的工作,初步的形成了党的干部教育体系,为我们新中国成立以后的党的干部教育奠定了基础。
During the period of the Agrarian Revolution, because of the social form and needs, a large number of cadres needed to work in a revolutionary base. This requires that the theoretical and political standards of the cadres continually improve. The revolutionary front also needs a large number of military personnel to formulate strategic guidelines Therefore, driven by the general environment, most parts of China are carrying out the work of educating cadres, and the initial formation of a cadre education system for the party lays the foundation for the education of the party’s cadres after the founding of People’s Republic of China.
