当今时代背景下,高中班主任的管理理念也有所改变及创新,我国高中生的思想和情感已经脱离了以往的陈旧观念,他们的想法逐渐变得开放,用现在的话说就是变得更自主、更叛逆,这给高中的教育和管理带来了一定的问题和困难,许多年龄较大的教师已经跟不上学生的思维,常常会跟学生产生口头或精神上的冲突,给教学及管理带来诸多的不便。所以,高中教师应该尽快找到适合管理的新方法和新途径,本文就是对新时期高中班主任管理工作的创新进行分析。
