目的研究参附注射液对紫杉醇化疗后肿瘤患者阳虚症状的改善作用。方法 90例恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机分配的方式分为对照组和观察组,各45例。观察组患者采用紫杉醇方案联合参附注射液100 ml静脉滴注,对照组采用紫杉醇方案联合生理盐水100 ml静脉滴注。对两组患者化疗后3 d的阳虚症状进行对比。结果观察组中共出现40例次阳虚症状,对照组中共出现76例次阳虚症状,其中包括15例次重度阳虚症状,两组阳虚症状出现情况比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液对紫杉醇化疗后肿瘤患者的阳虚症状有良好的改善作用,值得在临床推广研究。
Objective To study the effect of Shenfu injection on the improvement of symptoms of Yang deficiency in tumor patients after paclitaxel chemotherapy. Methods Totally 90 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with paclitaxel solution and Shenfu injection 100 ml intravenously, while the control group was treated with paclitaxel solution and saline 100 ml intravenously. The two groups of patients after 3 days of chemotherapy Yang syndrome were compared. Results A total of 40 cases of hypoyang symptoms were observed in the observation group. There were 76 cases of hypoyang symptoms including 15 cases of secondary yang deficiency symptoms in the control group. There were significant differences in the symptoms of yang deficiency between the two groups (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Shenfu injection has a good effect on the symptoms of yang deficiency in tumor patients after paclitaxel chemotherapy, which is worth to be popularized in clinic.
