岩体倾斜变位的观测精度与观测设施测斜导管的质量密切相关.测管在制造和安装过程中会产生一定的扭角,如何测量和校正误差,本文介绍了一种新仪器──导管测扭仪.仪器由探头、电缆、电缆绞车、二次仪表组成.基本原理是利用磁通门测量地磁场强的方法来实现定向的目的.探头内两个相互正交的磁通门,可同时测出两个正交的水平地磁分量(Ⅰ和Ⅱ),利用公式tga=Ⅰ/Ⅱ计算出方业角a.此外文章还介绍了导管测扭仪的精度、现场应用等,同时总结了测扭规律,指出了我国较为广泛应用的国产测斜管存在的问题,以及测扭的迫切性和必要性.
The observation precision of rock mass slope displacement is closely related to the quality of inclinometer catheter in observation facilities. In addition, the article also introduced the accuracy of catheter torsion detector, field applications, etc., at the same time summarizes the principle of measuring torsion, points out the problems of domestic more widely used inclinometer, as well as the urgency and necessity of measuring torsion.
