美术素质教育作为素质教育的重要组成部分,在实施素质教育的工作中有着举足轻重的作用。美术素质教育课程作为美术素质教育最直接的形式,对于高等学校实施美术素质教育提高人才培养质量有着重要的意义。本文针对高校美术素质教育从注重美术鉴赏课的开设,成立强有力的美术教育鉴赏师资队伍;逐步开设各种门类的美术选修课,举办书法展、绘画展等活动,组织学生积极观看艺术展等多项效途径进行了探讨。
