用光学滤波器或电子滤波器滤出感兴趣的波段,分别测量背景干涉图和样品干涉图,然后相减得到纯的样品透射的干涉图,最后对这个干涉图进行自回归谱分析。与以往的二次谱分析法相比,可以减少信息的损失和畸变,提高谱线位置的预测精度。这种新方法的分辨率为FFT法的4倍左右。本文还讨论了谱线结构和噪声对分辨率和谱线位置精确度的影响。
Filter the wave band of interest with an optical filter or an electronic filter, measure the background interference pattern and the interference pattern of the sample respectively, then subtract the interference pattern of pure sample transmission, and finally conduct the autoregressive spectral analysis of the interference pattern. Compared with the previous quadratic spectrum analysis method, the loss and distortion of information can be reduced and the prediction accuracy of spectral line position can be improved. The resolution of this new method is about 4 times that of the FFT method. This article also discusses the effect of spectral line structure and noise on resolution and spectral position accuracy.
