绝缘转子轴的精度受压塑模精度、通用模架精度和压机精度的影响。在压机———模架———模具系统中,模具是直接影响绝缘转子轴精度的关键环节。为了提高绝缘转子轴生产工艺稳定性,设计了一种能保证制件的精度不受压机和模架精度影响的新型压塑模结构。与原有引进的压塑模相比较,该模具具有动态定位精度高、结构工艺性合理、模具寿命长等优点,收到了良好的技术经济效果。
The accuracy of the insulated rotor shaft is affected by the precision of the compression mold, the accuracy of the universal mold stand and the precision of the press. In order to improve the stability of the production process of the insulated rotor shaft, a new type of compression mold structure is designed to ensure that the precision of the workpiece is not affected by the accuracy of the press and the die stand.
