我矿1979年从波兰进口的TD-25C履带推土机,该机采用的是美国万国公司DT1-817C涡轮增压四冲程柴油机,在运转3636工作小时后,因涡轮增压器的转子轴折断,涡轮与涡轮壳严重磨损而报废。由于国内尚无配件,我们根据DT1-817C发动机额定功率是310ps/2100rpm;最大扭矩是140kg-m/1400rpm;查阅国内生产增压器的型号和技术参数加以对比,决定选用无锡动力机械厂生产的110J_(-2)涡轮增压器。其适用转数-压比特性曲线见图1。
Mine TD-25C crawler bulldozer imported from Poland in 1979. The machine uses a U.S. UC1-DT DT-817C turbocharged four-stroke diesel engine.
